7sx collects only the personal data strictly necessary to operate a licensed platform — registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data. We do not collect data we do not need.

If the 7sx Privacy Policy is updated in any material way, registered members will be notified via their registered contact details before the change takes effect. You are never silently bound to new terms.
1.1 The data controller responsible for the personal data of 7sx Members is the 7sx platform operator, operating under the authority of an international gaming license issued by a recognised gaming regulatory jurisdiction. References to "7sx", "we", "us", or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to this entity in its capacity as data controller.
1.2 As data controller, 7sx determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the platform. Where third parties process data on behalf of 7sx (for example, payment processors or identity verification providers), they do so as data processors under written data processing agreements that impose obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.

6.1 7sx does not sell, rent, or commercially transfer Member personal data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Data is disclosed only to the categories of recipient listed below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose.
6.2 In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of 7sx's business, Member data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction, provided that the acquiring entity assumes equivalent obligations under a privacy policy of equivalent standard. Members will be notified of any such transfer.
7.1 The 7sx platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain login sessions, remember Member preferences, detect fraud, and analyse platform usage. The following categories of cookies are used:

8.1 7sx implements a multi-layered technical and organisational security framework to protect Member personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Key security measures include:
8.2 In the event of a data security incident that poses a material risk to the rights and freedoms of affected Members, 7sx will notify affected Members without undue delay and take all reasonable steps to contain and remediate the incident.
8.3 While 7sx employs substantial security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Members are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords for their 7sx Accounts and to report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
9.1 7sx retains personal data for periods determined by legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations. The principal retention periods applicable to Member data are as follows:

9.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification of the affected individual. In limited circumstances where data forms part of an ongoing legal dispute or regulatory investigation, retention may be extended until that matter is resolved.
Subject to applicable legal and licensing obligations, 7sx Members hold the following rights in respect of their personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact 7sx at the support email displayed in Section 15.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 7sx holds about you. 7sx will provide this in a structured, readable format within 30 days of a valid request. Where requests are manifestly excessive, a reasonable administrative fee may apply.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by 7sx. Note that correction of identity data (name, date of birth, CNIC) requires additional verification to prevent fraudulent data modification.
You may request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances — where data is no longer necessary for its original purpose, or where you have withdrawn consent and no other legal basis applies. This right is subject to overriding legal retention obligations under gaming license and AML requirements.
You may request restriction of processing of your personal data in specific circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or while a legitimate interests objection is being assessed. Restriction limits what 7sx can do with the relevant data during the assessment period.
Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format to transfer to another controller.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling. You may also object at any time to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. To withdraw marketing consent, update your communication preferences in your 7sx Account settings or contact Support.
11.1 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your care has registered an Account on 7sx or provided personal data to the platform, please contact 7sx Support immediately at the email address in Section 15. 7sx will take prompt action to close the Account, delete the relevant data, and refund any deposits to the source payment method.
11.2 7sx strongly recommends that parents and guardians use available parental control tools on shared devices to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms, including 7sx.
12.1 In operating an internationally licensed platform, 7sx may transfer Member personal data to countries or territories outside Pakistan — for example, where data processing partners or the licensing authority's servers are located in other jurisdictions. Any such transfers are conducted subject to contractual safeguards that require the recipient to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those applied by 7sx.
12.2 Where personal data is transferred for KYC verification purposes, such transfers are made solely to certified identity verification providers operating under regulatory oversight and bound by data processing agreements. Biometric and document data transmitted for KYC purposes is used only for verification and is not retained by verification providers beyond the period necessary to complete the check.
13.1 Where you have provided consent to receive marketing communications from 7sx, we may contact you regarding promotions, seasonal offers (including Eid and Ramadan-period campaigns), new game launches, and platform updates via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address.
13.2 Marketing communications are conducted with sensitivity to Pakistani cultural context. During Ramadan, 7sx applies a restrained promotional approach — reducing the frequency and urgency of gaming promotions in recognition of the significance of the month for Pakistani members.
13.3 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your 7sx Account settings, or by contacting 7sx Support. Opt-out requests are processed within 5 business days. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the receipt of transactional communications (such as deposit confirmations or support responses) which are necessary to operate your Account.
14.1 7sx reviews this Privacy Policy periodically and may update it to reflect changes in our data processing practices, platform operations, or applicable regulatory requirements. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version took effect.
14.2 Where changes to this Privacy Policy are material — for example, where a new category of data is collected or a new processing purpose is introduced — 7sx will provide advance notice to registered Members via their registered Pakistani mobile number or, where an email address is held, by email. Changes will take effect on the date notified, and continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
14.3 If you do not accept a material change to this Privacy Policy, you may close your Account before the change takes effect. Instructions for Account closure are available by contacting 7sx Support. Account closure is without prejudice to 7sx's ongoing obligations to retain data in accordance with its legal and licensing retention requirements.

15.1 Complaints. If you are not satisfied with how 7sx has handled a privacy concern, you have the right to escalate a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority applicable under our gaming license jurisdiction, details of which will be provided in our response to your initial complaint.
