These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and 7sx ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on 7sx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision contained herein. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use any 7sx service. Use of 7sx by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 7sx. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed, with any balance subject to forfeiture pending review.
7sx operates under an international gaming license issued by a recognised regulatory authority. All operations, game fairness standards, and player fund protections are subject to that license's requirements.
7sx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing 7sx.biz, registering an Account, or using any feature of the 7sx platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance is effective from the earliest of: (a) the date you register an Account; (b) the date you first access the platform; or (c) the date you place your first bet or deposit.
2.2 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 7sx. You should print or save a copy for your records. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2.3 7sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7sx will provide reasonable notice via email to the Member's registered address or via a platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 To be eligible to hold a 7sx Account and use the platform's services, you must at all times satisfy the following conditions:
3.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility conditions listed in clause 3.1. You agree to notify 7sx immediately if your eligibility status changes. 7sx reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.
3.3 Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of 7sx complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 7sx makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction, and the availability of the platform does not constitute a warranty of legality.
4.1 Registration. To access 7sx's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a chosen password. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is entitled to hold only one registered Account on 7sx. If 7sx identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, 7sx reserves the right to merge those Accounts, retain any bonuses claimed across multiple Accounts, and close duplicate Accounts without prior notice.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to be your activity, whether or not authorised. You must notify 7sx immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. 7sx is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back); (b) a recent selfie matching your CNIC photograph; and (c) proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent official document). 7sx will process KYC submissions within 24–48 business hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
4.5 Ongoing Verification. 7sx reserves the right to conduct additional or repeat identity verification at any time during the life of an Account, including when processing withdrawal requests, upon detection of unusual activity, or at the request of the platform's licensing authority. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification requests.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 7sx platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 7sx does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to Member accounts.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 7sx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements applicable to the balance being withdrawn must be satisfied; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200; (d) the withdrawal must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 7sx Account holder.
5.4 Source of Funds. 7sx reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Member's Account where amounts deposited reach thresholds specified in the platform's anti-money laundering policy. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources are prohibited.
5.5 Failed or Delayed Transactions. 7sx is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking institutions, or technical outages outside the platform's control. Where a deposit fails to credit, Members should contact 7sx Support with the relevant transaction reference and timestamp.
6.1 7sx offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to Members from time to time, including welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game types will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 7sx monitors bonus usage across all Member accounts. Behaviour that 7sx determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to use of automated tools, coordinated multi-account betting, or exploitation of promotional errors — will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.
6.4 Promotion Modifications. 7sx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, Members who have already opted in will have their existing wagering progress assessed on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
7.1 Certified RNG Software. All casino games available on 7sx — including slot games, table games, and instant games — operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage displayed for each game reflects the verified, independently audited payout rate for that title.
7.2 Provably Fair Games. Certain instant games on 7sx, including crash-style titles, utilise provably fair algorithms where the outcome hash is published before each round commences and can be independently verified by the Member.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 7sx will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's PKR Balance. 7sx shall not be liable for any loss of winnings due to technical malfunction.
7.4 Game-Specific Rules. Individual game rules apply to each title in the 7sx lobby and are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.
8.1 The 7sx sportsbook covers a range of sporting events including cricket (PSL, Pakistan home and away series, ICC events), football, UFC, and other international competitions. Betting markets, odds, and bet types available vary by event and are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued by the 7sx system. 7sx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its reasonable discretion, including where there is evidence of odds-taking advantage or where market integrity concerns arise.
8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond the stated postponement limit; incomplete events; market suspension due to integrity concerns; or where it is determined that a bet was placed on an error price.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are offered subject to real-time market availability. The platform may suspend live markets at any time without notice. Any bets accepted before a market suspension is applied will be honoured; bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
8.5 Maximum Payout Limits. 7sx applies maximum single-bet and daily payout limits which are displayed within the sportsbook terms. Where a bet's calculated winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7sx platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of the Account balance:

11.1 All intellectual property on the 7sx platform — including but not limited to the 7sx name, logo, domain, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of 7sx or its licensed third-party providers.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any platform content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of 7sx's intellectual property — including screen scraping, data harvesting, or use of platform branding without written consent — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 7sx collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at 7sx.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 7sx will not sell Member personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with (a) regulatory authorities in fulfilment of licensing obligations; (b) payment processing partners for the purpose of executing transactions; (c) fraud detection and KYC verification services; and (d) as required by applicable law or court order.
12.3 All data transmitted between Members and the 7sx platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Members are advised to access 7sx only via secure, private network connections.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7sx's total aggregate liability to any Member — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the claim.
13.2 7sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to platform use.
13.3 7sx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur without advance notice.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 7sx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14.1 Termination by Member. A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting 7sx Support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified PKR Balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method.
14.2 Termination by 7sx. 7sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false or fraudulent registration information; (c) engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in clause 9; (d) failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification; (e) reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other unlawful activity; or (f) at the direction of the platform's licensing authority.
14.3 Where an Account is terminated by 7sx due to Member breach, any PKR Balance held in the Account is subject to review and may be retained by 7sx to the extent permitted by the platform's licensing conditions.
15.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 7sx, you must first submit a written complaint to 7sx Support at the contact email displayed on the platform. 7sx will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. You must exhaust this internal complaints procedure before escalating any dispute.
15.2 Escalation. If the internal resolution process does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available under 7sx's international gaming license. Details of the applicable escalation pathway will be provided in the substantive response to your internal complaint.
15.3 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 7sx holds its international gaming license. Any legal proceedings arising from or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
15.4 Pending resolution of any dispute, the Member's Account may be suspended to preserve the position of both parties. 7sx will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and in accordance with its licensing obligations.
